Recently returned from a week in Yangon. As a team we performed 10 cases in 5 days. Local team did excellent job preparing all patients and ensuring smooth logistics. Had opportunity to teach some new techniques including axillary cannulation which they hadn't done before. Skills with coronary surgery are also developing.

Another great trip. New surgeons coming along well. Always impressed with their enthusiasm.
Plans for developing a new hospital are underway. Donated instruments being put to great use. Thanks Scanlan and Wexler!
