MYHEARTUS is a partnership between cardiac surgeons  in Myanmar and surgeons abroad.

Also known as Burma, Myanmar is a country of over 50 million people and is bordered by India, China, Laos, Thailand and Bangladesh.

Currently, there are four functioning cardiac surgery programs in the country.

 

Our goal is to improve training for surgeons, provide technical support and  improve infrastructure
